Before use, it must be confirmed that the parts are intact, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.

Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are firmly hung. Misoperations such as hanging heavy objects on the tip are strictly prohibited. The lifting chain should be suspended vertically, there must be no wrongly twisted chain links, and the lower hook frame of the double-row chain must not be turned over.

The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain, so that the hand chain wheel rotates clockwise to make the heavy object rise; pull the hand chain in the opposite direction, and it can slowly descend at noon.

When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid personal accidents.

During the lifting process, regardless of whether the weight is rising or falling, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be even and gentle, and do not use too much force to prevent the hand chain from jumping or snapping.

If the operator finds that the hand pulling force is greater than the normal pulling force, he should stop using it immediately.
